Price List
Advance payment is obligatory for a booking confirmation. The minimum payment is 30% of a total amount. The rest of the total amount, the remaining 70% shall be paid in agreement with the owner, at the latest on the day of entering the property.
If the payment is not received within the specified time-limit stated in the offer, the booking will automatically lapse and we offer the accommodation to another customer.
The reservation comes into existence after the customer has paid a deposit, the owner accepts your booking by issuing a written confirmation.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 30 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 30% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
