The newly renovated 300-year-old stone-built villa with ECO DOMUS certificate is located on the slopes of the Učka Nature Park and is only 15 km from the beach. Its geographical position allows a 20-minute access to local towns and beaches along the Est coast of the Istrian peninsula, such as Labin and Moščenička Draga, but also Opatia.
Villa Kurioza is located in the small Istrian village of Kurelovići, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, which gives peace and a relaxing atmosphere to the property. It comfortably sleeps six people in three stylishly furnished air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus it can sleep two more people in the living room. The villa is ideal for families, with a pool garden and a sport garden in a total of more than 2000m2.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for an excellent meal, so you can also spoil your palate here. From there you can enjoy your meal next to the pool on the covered terrace with quality garden furniture, in the fresh air and in the shade of the wooden canopy. Nice loungers are available next to the pool.
In front of the garden it opens the huge green pasture where it is possible to play some sports or just relax and enjoy watching the nearby cows and sheep. Only two families live in the village and they make fantastic local cheese and homemade bread. They are always happy to greet every passer-by and let him taste their products.
